We are a Local, Family Owned Seafood Company on James Island. Captain Harry, mostly known as Hal Wertan, started in 1990 with Oysters & Clams. Hal was taught the best way to make money is to work for yourself. Hal has been making money off the water for over 40 years. He's not just picking any Oyster & throwing them in the basket! He's picking Oysters that he wants to eat & wants others to enjoy as well! He owns the company, so quality is number #1! Our Cluster & Single Oysters are Local, Salty, Sweet, Juicy, Washed, No Empty Shells, Only Full with Meat! Hal picks all of the Oyster & his wife, Kimberley does everything else for the company!
Oyster season runs October-May
Shrimp--April-January

Blue Crabs/Stone Crab Claws-April-October
Okra, String Beans & Cucumbers are sold in the Summer.
Collard Greens are sold in the Winter.
